What is NDCLookup?

NDCLookup is a free tool for looking up FDA National Drug Code (NDC) information in plain English. We combine data from multiple FDA datasets — drug labels, recall history, adverse events, and shortage information — into a single, easy-to-read page for each drug product.

Data Sources

All data is sourced from openFDA, the FDA's public data platform. Data is released under CC0 1.0 Universal (Public Domain).
